An Innova Service Plan is a convenient way to cover the cost of your next Service & LOLER inspection, onsite inspections as well as offering you that reassurance of when something goes wrong, that you know an Innova engineer with be onsite within a specific time frame. It provides you with peace of mind that the cost is taken care of and that your Innova healthcare equipment is in the capable hands of Innova trained engineers.

LOLER Testing

LIFT INSPECTION REGULATIONS

LOLER stands for Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations, and concerns the safeguarding of those operating lifting equipment. The LOLER regulations stipulate that an examination should be completed before first use, and then every 12 months for lifting equipment, and every 6 months for lifting accessories.  These regulations apply to all organisations whose employees use lifting equipment whether owned by them or not. Regulations place the responsibility of ensuring a competent qualified person inspects lifts on the lift owner or site manager.

Our knowledgeable and professional team offer thorough examinations of lifting equipment to ensure the safety of users. We will test the capability and suitability of your lifting equipment for the environment it is being used in, and our team are able to certify your equipment to show that they meet LOLER regulations.

Gold Service Plan

This plan covers your next Service & LOLER inspection with a fixed price throughout the duration.

This Gold Service plan includes:

1 x Service & LOLER inspection
– LOLER certification & regulations check

1 -2 x onsite inspections per year
– 24 hour helpline available (mobile number outside of Office Hours)
– Initial response time is within 2 hours from reporting the issue & onsite within 24 hours
– All spare parts and accessories are included
– Unlimited number of call outs included

Innova engineer onsite

Silver Service Plan

This plan covers your next Service & LOLER inspection with a fixed price throughout the duration.

This Silver service plan includes:

1 x Service & LOLER inspection
– LOLER certification & regulations check

1 -2 x onsite inspections per year
– Helpline Available (Office Hours Only – 7am to 5pm)
– Initial response time is within 0.5 working day from reporting the issue & onsite response time is within 2 working days
– All spare parts and accessories are charged at 50% discount off trade prices
– Trade charge for call outs are applicable

Bronze Service Plan

This plan covers your next Service & LOLER inspection with a fixed price throughout the duration.

This Bronze service plan includes:

1 x Service & LOLER inspection
– LOLER certification & regulations check

1 -2 x onsite inspections per year
– Helpline Available (Office Hours Only – 7am to 5pm)
– Initial response time is within 1 working day from reporting the issue & onsite response time is within 5 working days
– All spare parts and accessories are charged at trade prices
– National call out fees are applicable
