In 2018, Innova Care Concepts partnered with KKE Architects and the team at St Peter’s Hospice in Bristol to enhance the facility’s accessibility, comfort, and overall care provision. As part of the hospice’s refurbishment, Innova supplied and installed a range of specialist healthcare equipment designed to improve patient mobility, dignity, and comfort.
The project included the installation of AirRise 200 hoist units on inset tracking systems throughout the hospice. This discreet and efficient solution enabled smooth and safe patient transfers while maintaining the calm and homely aesthetic of the care environment. In addition to the hoisting systems, Innova provided a selection of Arene rise & recline chairs, offering patients greater independence and comfort. To further support daily care needs, Innova also supplied shower commode chairs, overbed tables, and slings, ensuring the hospice was fully equipped with practical, high-quality solutions for both patients and staff.
By working closely with KKE Architects and the hospice team, Innova helped create a functional and welcoming space that prioritises dignity, safety, and ease of care.
