Opened in June 2022, the Oxford University Hospitals Radiotherapy Centre in Swindon provides essential radiotherapy services for local patients. Funded by a £2.9 million appeal launched by Brighter Futures, the Centre sought to create a modern and welcoming environment for its patients.
Innova Care Concepts was chosen to supply and install a range of bespoke furniture, including chairs, coffee tables, and dining tables, to match the Centre’s contemporary design. The goal was to furnish the Centre with modern, functional pieces that would enhance patient comfort and fit seamlessly into the new décor.
The project faced challenges such as a tight budget and the need for adaptable solutions. Innova’s team responded by offering flexible design options and sourcing alternatives to meet changing budget constraints. They also provided storage solutions for the furniture until it was needed on site.
Innova’s expertise ensured that the Radiotherapy Centre not only met its design and functionality goals but also delivered a high-quality environment for patient care.
