Seashell Trust are a school, college and residential care home for children and young people with the most complex needs. We have recently built 17 new 4 bedroom residential homes and used Innova to supply and install AirRise200 hoist units and AirGlide360 track systems in our en-suite bedrooms and other areas such as sensory rooms. Innova, were professional and understood our complex requirements right from design stage to installation. The hoisting system, is easy to use, looks good and since installation in august 2015, we have had no major issues in relation to reliability, Innova are extremely quick to respond to any issues we may have had and their service is impeccable. I’m so pleased with the installation we will hopefully be using the same systems in our new school which we are currently designing.

Hollybank Trust has been a long-standing customer of Innova, having worked together on two major building projects. I think we were one of your first customers to install the AirGlide360 system with the Robin hoist in our newly built children’s unit. 15 bedrooms with H- frame and transit coupling to single track in the en-suite were fitted plus H frames in 2 lounges and 2 bathrooms. The equipment has been in three years now and I have never regretted taking this decision to install a new product. The AirGlide360 system and transit coupling has been reliable. There were a few initial snags, in part due to a large staff team adopting a new system but Innova have been helpful in working with Hollybank to resolve snagging issues. We have the Robin hoist in the majority of our community homes now. We find it offers a degree of versatility which other hoists do not offer. The ability to detach the hoist unit has been particularly useful in our short break facility where we meet a variety of different needs. I would certainly recommend this equipment to others.

We had a very productive visit to the Innova showroom with Oscar and his mum and brother. Being able to try out the accessible kitchen and explore the bathroom and bedroom setups made a real difference in helping the family visualise and plan for the major adaptations to their new property. Warwick was a fantastic host welcoming, knowledgeable, and very helpful in setting up the meeting to ensure we got the most out of the visit. The hands on experience and expert advice provided were invaluable in moving the family forward on their journey.
