Hollybank Trust has been a long-standing customer of Innova, having worked together on two major building projects. I think we were one of your first customers to install the AirGlide360 system with the Robin hoist in our newly built children’s unit. 15 bedrooms with H- frame and transit coupling to single track in the en-suite were fitted plus H frames in 2 lounges and 2 bathrooms. The equipment has been in three years now and I have never regretted taking this decision to install a new product. The AirGlide360 system and transit coupling has been reliable. There were a few initial snags, in part due to a large staff team adopting a new system but Innova have been helpful in working with Hollybank to resolve snagging issues. We have the Robin hoist in the majority of our community homes now. We find it offers a degree of versatility which other hoists do not offer. The ability to detach the hoist unit has been particularly useful in our short break facility where we meet a variety of different needs. I would certainly recommend this equipment to others.

St Christopher’s has been working with Innova, as the lead contractor for the refurbishment of our 32 bed in-patient unit. This is an important project for St Christopher’s so that we can address essential infrastructure issues on our inpatient unit, as well to improve the personalised care that we give for our patients. The work is all being delivered while keeping parts of our in-patient unit open at all times. In working with Innova, I have found all members of the team to be professional and expert. The process to finalise scope and to deliver the programme has been genuinely collaborative, with a focus on how we deliver the best outcome for our patents and nurses with the budget available.
