Seashell Trust are a school, college and residential care home for children and young people with the most complex needs. We have recently built 17 new 4 bedroom residential homes and used Innova to supply and install AirRise200 hoist units and AirGlide360 track systems in our en-suite bedrooms and other areas such as sensory rooms. Innova, were professional and understood our complex requirements right from design stage to installation. The hoisting system, is easy to use, looks good and since installation in august 2015, we have had no major issues in relation to reliability, Innova are extremely quick to respond to any issues we may have had and their service is impeccable. I’m so pleased with the installation we will hopefully be using the same systems in our new school which we are currently designing.

Having been on the journey of planning a ward refurbishment since early in 2020 it is unbelievable that we are now starting building works to realise the vision. I have personally found working with Innova and in particular Tony, Graham, Bob, Joe and also Jane the architect inspiring. I have found them to be professional, considerate, thoughtful and kind at all steps in a journey that, on occasion, has had its bumps. At the initial meeting with Innova earlier in the year, ahead of deciding not to go out to tender they were asked if they would be considerate to the work of our business. I cannot fault them. They keep us abreast of any issues including noise ( inevitable during a refurbishment project) and are always mindful of how to mitigate issues.
