We chose Innova for some of our major furniture requirements because we were impressed with their attentiveness and their willingness to try and help find solutions for us. We were able to have samples of furniture on loan and see how they worked for us with our patient group and this helped us to order with confidence. Furnishing a brand new hospice was quite challenging but Innova proved really helpful in the process. We have had many compliments about our furniture. I think it is really useful to start having some discussions early, although at first it seems as though you have months to think about your requirements the time quickly ebbs away and it is good to start to build the shape and look that you want to achieve. Innova can help you crystalise your thoughts and plans. I would happily recommend Innova to other hospices and healthcare organisations. They are increadibly helpful in the planning and ordering stage and then equally as attentive in the follow up process. We are delighted with the furniture we have purchased.

At Sue Ryder, we care for patients with life-limiting and End of Life conditions. The equipment we use in our Inpatient Unit and Day Hospices needs to be of the highest quality, where patient comfort is paramount. Joseph (Sales Director) and Tom Hulbert (Healthcare Consultant) visited both our Duchess of Kent (Reading, Berkshire) and Nettlebed (Henley, Oxfordshire) hospices, taking the time to talk to our clinical staff to really understand our requirements.
