Seashell Trust are a school, college and residential care home for children and young people with the most complex needs. We have recently built 17 new 4 bedroom residential homes and used Innova to supply and install AirRise200 hoist units and AirGlide360 track systems in our en-suite bedrooms and other areas such as sensory rooms. Innova, were professional and understood our complex requirements right from design stage to installation. The hoisting system, is easy to use, looks good and since installation in august 2015, we have had no major issues in relation to reliability, Innova are extremely quick to respond to any issues we may have had and their service is impeccable. I’m so pleased with the installation we will hopefully be using the same systems in our new school which we are currently designing.

We at Middlesbrough Football Club made the decision to install a changing places facility in our stadium. We carried out research to enable us to provide the best facility we could. We needed to install a hoist and decided to install an X-Y ceiling hoist supplied and fitted by Innova. To prove we had provided a facility that worked for our fans, we invited several families all with different needs to try the facility and give us feedback. I must say they were all very impressed with the equipment and the service provided. St Christopher’s has been working with Innova, as the lead contractor for the refurbishment of our 32 bed in-patient unit. This is an important project for St Christopher’s so that we can address essential infrastructure issues on our inpatient unit, as well to improve the personalised care that we give for our patients. The work is all being delivered while keeping parts of our in-patient unit open at all times. In working with Innova, I have found all members of the team to be professional and expert. The process to finalise scope and to deliver the programme has been genuinely collaborative, with a focus on how we deliver the best outcome for our patents and nurses with the budget available. I have also appreciated the consideration that Innova have shown to our staff, visitors, and patients so that we have been able to minimise disruption as much as practical. Thank you!
