This ambitious project, completed in partnership with Wyvern Partnership LLP, Rebuild 4 Life Limited, JMW Solicitors LLP, and Jodrell Construction Limited, overcame significant challenges, including the absence of a complete foundation. Despite these hurdles, the project was successfully completed, providing a welcoming and functional home for the family just in time for the festive season.
Innova Care Concepts played a pivotal role in transforming the Prestwich property into a haven of accessibility and comfort. A key feature of the adaptation is the state-of-the-art Hydrotherapy Suite, equipped with the AirGlide360 H frame (XY) hoist system. This innovative solution connects the changing room to the hydro pool, ensuring seamless and safe movement for the family members.
The adaptation extends to the bedroom and bathroom areas, where full room coverage is achieved through the AirGlide360 H frame (XY) hoists. These are connected between rooms via the Automatic AirGlide360 Coupling, facilitating effortless transitions and enhancing the daily living experience.
In the living room, shower room, and therapy room, the AirGlide360 H frame (XY) hoists are subtly recessed into the ceiling. This thoughtful design choice preserves the aesthetics of the family’s living spaces while providing essential support.
The accessible bathroom, changing room, and shower room are equipped with two CTX Changing Benches with padding, two Matrix Medium height-adjustable washbasins, and two Aquaclean Wash Dry toilets. Additionally, a Mobile Shower Trolley and an Avero Comfort height-adjustable bath with Lights, Bluetooth, and AirSpa features have been installed. The bath, in particular, has become a favourite, especially for the client’s younger sibling, who delights in the mesmerising bubbles.
