Innova expands reach in case management projects thanks to new recruit

Innova Care Concepts is excited to announce that it is expanding to the Midlands and the South of England for case management and litigation projects.

This means that we will be working with occupational therapists and case managers based in these areas who are helping clients who’ve had life-changing injuries. We work with the client and their team to find the best home adaptation solutions and specialist equipment for their needs.

This includes anything from bespoke overhead hoist systems and Permobil powerchairs to through-floor lifts and hydrotherapy pools.

Our new case management and litigation specialist Jason Fulcher joined the team at the beginning of February and is now working exclusively on projects in the Midlands and the South.

Jason said:

“I’m delighted to be joining the Innova team at such an exciting time. To expand into a new market is one thing, but to be expanding within it in the space of a year is truly extraordinary.

“I think case management work will be particularly fulfilling for me because you know that your work is really making a difference to someone’s quality of life. I look forward to helping Innova expand across the Midlands and the South!”

We ventured into case management just over a year ago when we welcomed Ramsey Hulbert to our team. The demand for our equipment on these adaptations has grown significantly since then.

Innova hopes that later this year we can host a free case management training day in the South to discuss ways that litigation projects can be handled more efficiently for the client’s benefit.

Tom, our managing director, said:

“It’s fantastic to have Jason onboard with us. He’s already contacting occupational therapists and case managers to see how we could help them with their clients.

“When we first expanded into case management projects, I would have never thought it would take off so quickly. Last year, we did over £750,000 of extra business just from litigation work, so we believe that this year we could easily double that and get one step closer to reaching our company vision of being the most sought-after brand in the healthcare sector.”

We offer full case management project packages at discount rates. Our team can take care of everything from the initial CAD designs and drawings, through to project management, installation, and servicing the products.
